Cancellation Policy

Severe Weather Cancellations:    Cancellations due to severe weather conditions will be announced after 4:00 pm on area radio and TV stations and our office answering machine. If the school district has no school for the day, adult education classes are also cancelled that day and night.

Rescheduling of any cancelled classes is done on an individual class basis. If there are any remaining sessions in the class that was cancelled, you will be advised of rescheduling opportunities at the next session. If it was a one day or the last session of a class, you will be contacted with the rescheduling opportunities, if any. Every effort is made to reschedule cancelled classes at the mutual convenience of teachers & students. If it is not possible to reschedule a class (or a part of a class), you will receive a full refund.

Low enrollment: If we cancel a class due to low enrollment , we will contact you personally when the decision is made, usually two business days before the start date. A full refund will be issued.

Teacher Inavailability: If a session of a class running for more than 1 session is cancelled due to teacher inavailability, we will contact you personally as soon as we are notified. Rescheduling of the missed session will be done on an individual class basis. If it is not possible, a prorated refund will be made.

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We understand how inconvenient or disappointing it can be when a class is cancelled and  please be assured we make every effort to avoid doing it!
