NEW CLASS ADDED! This fun energizing class will teach you the basics of spinning including bike set-up, safety & positioning. You will experience the thrill of spinning at a modified level and you'll be encouraged to take it to the next level. This class is recommended for those who have never taken spinning and includes warm-up and cool down phases. Jen Rosell is a certified instructor and has been teaching at Seacoast Fitness for 10 months. She also has her CPR certification. Registration deadline is March 19th. This class is held at Seacoast Fitness, 952 Post Road, Wells. No class on April 21st.
