Create up to 10 ceramic ornaments right before the holidays. You will use cookie cutters to form ornament shapes. Bring your personal favorites, or pick from a variety of shapes provided by the instructor. You will design and decorate your ornaments in class and return a week later to pick them up after being fired. Cost includes all materials, use of tools and firing. It is great for the beginner and improves balance, focus, health, wellness, and fall prevention. Come and learn the basic "core movements." Jazzercise classes combine dance-based cardio with strength training and stretching to sculpt, tone and lengthen muscles. Choreographed to today’s hottest music, Jazzercise is a fusion of jazz dance, resistance training, Pilates, yoga, and kickboxing.
