Restorative-YIN-yoga reduces pain. This unique class focuses on unwinding tension in the body and mind. Yin Yoga is about stretching and applying gentle pressure to certain tissues. Restorative Yoga is about supporting your body in deep restful postures that restore balance and stimulate deep heal ing. This class allows time for muscles to relax, joints to open and the fascia to release long held tensions. In this virtual class, please wear comfortable clothing and bring yoga mats or blankets, bolsters or folded towels.
