There are 20 different muscles involved in hip flexibility. Too much sitting puts pressure on the low back. Tight hips have a direct impact on knees and low back. We start in simple positions, use breath work for deep relaxation and progress as range increases. Flexibility is key in enhancing your overall daily function. The class is designed for anyone to participate, no matter what your skill level is, no experience necessary. Please bring a soft pillow or yoga block to class.
