This course is for people experiencing tight hips and low back discomfort , as well as active people and athletes.  Tight hips impact knees and low back.  Contributing factors are long periods of sitting which lock hips tight.  We begin with simple stretches and breathwork for deep relaxation and progress as mobility increases.  No experience is necessary, Bring a mat for floorwork.

Downeaster Weekday

We will start our trip by meeting at the Wells Transportation Center at 8:30 and board on train # 682. Your experience aboard the Amtrak Downeaster will start with comfortable spacious seating, oversized windows for the best scenic views and stress free travel. Your Boston day trip will be your own experience to explore many areas including the Freedom trail, Boston Public Garden, Rose Kennedy Greenway, and shop at Faneuil Hall and enjoy the spring weather.  We will have a map and information for you to consider for your trip. We will return on train number 687 and should arrive in Wells at 7:08 PM. You will need to make your reservation by March 15, so we can reserve the seats on the train. We will need a minimum of 15 participants for this trip. Instructor: Chris Chessie

For all boaters on inland and coastal waters. 

Approved for Maine Operators under 26 years of age on inland waters and coastal waters! 

This course is approved by the State of Maine and meets the requirements of the new law requiring boater education for operators between 16 and 25 years of age on inland and coastal waters out to the Three-Mile Line. It meets the requirements for PWC operators ages 16 and 17. This is the NASBLA (National Association of Boating Law Administrators) approved course, for all ages, honored in all states, on inland and coastal waters, where boater education is required. Course ID Card must be carried when operating.
